Litigation Management Services

A typical process would be:

  • Review of Summons & Compliant to determine if an Answer is in order and for whom. Review conducted in concert with coverage analysis.
  • Plaintiff attorney contact (re: Extension/Stipulation, etc.) and defense attorney contact (re: Answer)
  • Correspondence to plaintiff attorney, defense attorney, co-defendants, and insured (request of pertinent documents, etc.)
  • Initiate appropriate field investigation
  • Review and evaluate documentation and investigative results
  • Based on analysis of above, determine liability and exposure and then decide on the appropriate course of action:
